2010 has not been the best year for me but at the same time I've learned alot this year and many new things have bloomed. I made my blog this year and I don't know what it would be without you guys. You guys have been so supportive and thankyou! I hope 2011 is a good year and that it will be better than 2010. A year is a year and things may or may not change but I hope good things spring up this year. Let's all have a good year.

MERRY CHRISTMAS~I'm a little late..

Marc Jacob’s Daisy Eau So Fresh

Inspired by Marc Jacob’s new 2011 fragrance Daisy Eau So Fresh, Pamela Reed and Matthew Rader came up with a cool little film. In the video they incorporated an arts and crafts feel by using homemade props while filming and editing digitally. In the video their paper robotic arms clasp the three elegant perfume bottles which transform model Martyna from a lifeless mannequin into a lively and vibrant spirit in just one spray of the perfume. When I first saw it I thought it was funny but I think you guys will like it..

Earlier today I was talking to Shaurie and she’s upset because people judge her at her school and it’s not how she expected it to be. I feel so bad…

Last night I didn’t get much sleep. I think it’s because my dog wasn’t on my bed with me. And this morning I woke up with a headache.

*sigh* It sucks that so much crap is happening around Christmas time. Most people are out shopping for gifts for their loved ones and I’m here…blah. But I need to stop complaining. I should be grateful I am going to Shaurie’s in a couple of days, finally I will be able to get out of this mess!

Different day...

Today has been the hardest day of my life…
Today my dog was taken from me. Given to a different family. I’ve her for 5 years and so it was really tough. And I still want to cry about it. I just am trying to distract myself from all of it. I want to break down and start crying but I know that it’s life and sometimes things are going to happen and the best way to find happiness again is to find the positive things in life. Shaurie and a couple of my other close friends have helped me feel a little better and I’m learning to cope without Flower already. I just miss my little fluff ball and I miss hugging her and snuggling with her. I miss her licks and giving her tummy rubs. One day I’ll have a dog just like her…

Gabriella Marina Gonzalez has come out with a new collection for SS 2011, she has named it “The Cyclops Apprentice.” Her pieces are what some would call futuristic. The London designer gives a fresh look into fashion with leather features, chains, and textures that highlight the female body. She describes her collections as “clothing for emotionally dispossessed.” One of her past inspirations was the exploration of human emotional restraint. Her garments are designed for a girl who is beautiful but this is not her priority. And you can’t forget about her shoes which have enormous heels. They have been featured in several magazines and have even been worn by Lady Gaga. Gonzalez has a daring style and is sharing it with courageous woman, just like her.

Some new things, dreams, and ideas...

I’ve been thinking..why is this world so stereotypical? If someone wants to dress a certain way let them dress that way. And just because they dress that way doesn’t mean they’re this type of person. I don’t believe in labeling. Sure, im kind of a hypocrite because I have a bad case of labeling people. But each time I have labeled someone it’s turned out that they aren’t like how I expected at all. Teens these days always judge people before they actually talk to them. And it sucks but that’s how the world is today..judging before knowing. At school things can be really tough for some teens. Some get laughed at just because they are being themselves. And some are even called stupid. Im mentioning this because yesterday I was texting Shaurie and I was calling her stupid and everything. I was upset but either way I shouldn’t have done that. So, now I’ve learned and I hope I don’t label people again because that’s something that’s affecting a lot of teens these days…

Today I heard about Carine Roitfeld leaving French Vogue. Those of you who do not know who she is she is(or was) the editor in chief of French Vogue for 10 years. Everyone will miss her and I hope she made the right choice.

As well all know Christmas is coming soon. Like I said on my last post I don’t know what I want. But I do have some things I wish for..

1.) I want my long hair back

I want my long hair back so bad! It’s been a long time. I especially want it back so I can make nice pretty braids in it..

2.) Happiness

Happiness has been drained from me many times this year so for the new year I really want to focus on me and I want to be happy. I don’t want other people taking my happiness away from me.

3.) Long pretty nails

I bite my nails and I can never stop. But I’m going to start trying really hard to stop myself because I want some pretty nails for once!

What’s new..

School is finally out for Christmas break and my favorite holiday is coming in 9 days. Most of you have posted what you want but I can’t possibly think of anything. Yes, I really want to go shopping so I guess I can say I want to go shopping? I need a boost in my wardrobe and this is the perfect time to do it with all the sales that come after Christmas.
So much has gone on with my personal life lately. The biggest thing that’s happened is my mom is getting rid of my dog, Flower. I’ve had Flower for 5 years now and it’s really heartbreaking. She’s become a part of the family and it’s super hard to have her go. I’ve begged my mom many times and she doesn’t listen to me. It’s around Christmas time and she’s getting rid of her! And the worst part is she says she is getting rid of her tomorrow. TOMORROW. This is just nothing I would ever wish for…
Well, to get me in a better mood(if that’s even possible) I am going to Orlando and spending 5 days with Shaurie. I am really happy because we haven’t seen each other since the Summer so this is definitely something to look forward to!

The White Birds

Just a couple of weeks ago I was talking to Shaurie and she shared that poem with me. I wanted to share it with you guys as well!

Lately my brain has been blocked and I don’t know what to post but as soon as I get inspired you guys will be the first ones to know.

December, December, give me the Christmas spirit.

December has come..and this year has gone by way too fast. I say again :) The air is getting colder and houses are getting decorated with glowing lights. Little kids are getting excited and christmas music is playing. Christmas trees are up with those beautiful ornaments.
AND I DON’T GET WHY IM NOT IN THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT…..
Maybe because of what happened last night. My step-dad(blech, I don’t even want to call him that) got fired last night and my mom and him got in a fight. It was terrible. He pushed the Christmas tree and it fell with all the ornaments. Most of the ornaments broke and there is still glass everywhere. Those ornaments were my memories and now he broke them. Last night I got so scared that I left my house and called Shaurie and stayed out walking for an hour. It was nice though, and I loved it. I feel a lot better than I did last night and hopefully my Christmas spirit comes….

Tik Tok on the clock: New fashion inspiration Ke$ha

Lately I’ve been trying to give my style a twist. A lot of people see that I’m blonde and immediately think “prep!” Ew. So..I’ve been trying to twist up my style and Kesha is a fashion inspiration. Most people think she’s a slut and all but really? I don’t think she is. Yes, Im not a fan of her music but her style makes me want to shout “Woah ohh ohh o!”

She has a very different style. Hardcoreish, I dare to say. It has a punkish feel to it with a feminine touch. It’s all glitz and glam but with some neons and punk twists. Which im definitely a big fan of…





What do I like most about Kesha?
She’s not afraid to be who she is. And she’s different. She doesn’t go over the top like Lady Gaga(blech) but she’s different from everybody else.
If you don’t like Kesha..
If you don’t like her then that’s fine. To be honest I’m not a huge fan of her myself..but you’ve got to admit she does have a good ass style.
